GENERAL SPECIFICATION FOR HOUSE Construction finished in September 2008. Built in typical Spanish way, concrete, and steel structure with double brick infill to create cavity walls with foam spayed on the inside of the outer wall to a thickness of 5cm to achieve good insulation values. LAND This is in total approx 5000 sq meters: approx. 3500 sq meters is below the house in the slope of the valley. So, although the house is configured as we like it, there are only two people living there, it can easily be reconfigured for 6 bedrooms if required.
